First 3 WOD Day and I’m feelin ok….
One of my goals is to make it to the CrossFit Regionals, so I’m ramping it up as the open approaches. I did Annie in the morning ( 8:55 ) I know it’s lame but du’s are my Achilles lol. At lunch time I had an awesome swimming WOD, 25,50,75,100,75,50,100 with push-ups sit-ups and squat between lengths. In the evening I hit a 5x3 push jerk and some 80lb. dumbbell snatch 5x5. To top it off I threw in 6 sets of alternating dips (10) and L-sits (10 sec) and I’m toast. Today, I truly gave it my all
